The intention I hold my work space with is that you are not broken. None of us are. Parts of us though need to be remediated back to joy, healthy boundaries, peace, love, and truth.

My 1:1 time is specialised on the following themes:

• Loss of agency in one’s life  ( inadequacy, depression, learned helplessness, lack of joy and connection to oneself and life)

• Anxiety and Panic attacks

• Body image & self-expression ( restoring a healthy relationship with food and the body, navigating through eating disorders *anorexia nervosa, self-acceptance)

• Creativity (Exploring fears and creative blockages)

• Relational Dynamics (Power struggles, Boundaries, Communication, Needs and Desires, Sexuality)

• Relationship with Money ( Exploring Scarcity, Needs, Values)

My work is rooted in an animist understanding of life: that everything is alive, relational, and responsive.

Sound, rhythm, and energy are not only tools I use , but a presences we enter into relationship with. Everything and everyone is a part of the invisible, yet real and synergistic web of life. 

What hurts me, hurts you and harms Life. What supports me, supports you and regenerates Life. 

The themes that I am holding the 1:1 spaces for, are deeply personal to me. I stumbled, cried and screamed for years.

Developing and cultivating awareness and space around our wounding is a vital part for us to understand and see the roots of our suffering. Sometimes our pain is not even ours to hold, but belongs to someone else. 

Each session is guided by what is present for you in the moment and unfolds at a pace that honours your body’s capacity.

In our time working together you will learn:

  • How to move through charged emotional experiences
  • Tools to support your nervous system  
  • Earth-based practices to strengthen your connection with your core 
  • Practices supporting somatic release

“Дивата Мъдрост На Богатството” e анимистичен курс за изследване, изчистване, хармонизиране и интегриране потока на материалните блага, с които сме дарени от Майката Земя.

Ние жените носим магнетизма на Земята в телата си и имаме способността да генерираме и привличаме блага и просперитет по много по-различен начин от този на мъжете.
